Who We Are
SIA is a family-owned business consulting and private investment firm.
We are experienced financial and operational professionals who take an active role in the operational and strategic futures of our consulting relationships and investments.
As consultants, we collaborate closely with business owners and their leadership teams to make long term impacts on the growth and efficiency of their business.
As investors, we partner with equity and management teams to make strategic investments in cash flowing businesses.
Consulting
Our team of experts brings diverse backgrounds and skillsets, allowing us to provide comprehensive consulting services to businesses of all sizes.
But relationships are the key to our success. Understanding our business owner's goals, values and vision for their business is where we start.
Leveraging our network of key strategic, operational and capital relationships is an important part of what we do and allows for a collaborative approach in helping our clients achieve their business goals.
Investments
SIA is a privately held investment firm focused on acquisitions, recapitalizations, and founder liquidity events. Our unique investor base enables us to focus on long-term value creation and allows management teams to make decisions without the trade-offs associated with shorter-term investment horizons.
SIA is not a traditional private equity fund, in that we do not rely on a "blind pool" of capital from outside limited partners to fund our investments. We provide a bridge for Family Offices and Limited Partners to invest directly into companies rather than funds.
This level of independence allows SIA's partners to manage every investment with the long-term best interest of the company and its stakeholders in mind: no forced exits, dividend re-caps or excessive debt to satisfy institutional investors.
Leveraging our network of key strategic, operational and capital relationships is an important part of what we do. We believe that strong partnerships are the cornerstone to successful businesses. Whether it is the partnership with the existing management team and employees, the company’s vendors and suppliers, or another investor, relationships are important to us. Transparency, and collaboration are hallmarks of our investments and partnerships.

At SIA, we believe in stewardship and service of others are important qualities that are important core values within our company.
We also believe that no single company can tackle the world's most pressing issues so, as with investments, we leverage our network seeking partnerships in philanthropy.
